Oh yes. It’s that time of year. On the 9th of April we are closed for lunch and dinner. But don’t think we have having a rest – no such luck. We shall be behind closed doors washing, soaking, rubbing, shining, polishing and dusting away!
Suddenly our modest restaurant seems vast with 4 dining rooms, two kitchens, a bar, bathrooms, the wine cellar and food storage cellar!
We will get through it – we always do, and will be open on the 10th, probably with some extra aching muscles!
