It’s our “thing” and it’s very Florentine

This is our thing. It’s our way of saying thank you to local residents and business owners (many of whom are clients). It’s a really Florentine menu with no compromises! We will be serving this for lunch and dinner on Friday 1st February. In the evening the local team of flag throwers will be taking over a large table and enjoying this truly Tuscan fare.

Florentine tripe + Tuscan crostinii

tortellini meat broth
tripe and cabbage soup

mixed boiled meats – tongue, calf trotter, beef, tripe, calf head and chicken

boiled potatoes, white beans and green sauce (parsley, garlic and oil)
a tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda to help you digest ….
and a healthy helping of homemade vanilla icecream

All inclusive with house red wine  €35 per person.
